Marketing and Communications Lead
As part of a high-functioning team, The Marketing and Communications Lead is the Brand Champion, ensuring brand consistency in person and on social media, works with the Executive Team and Faculty Advisor in developing and implementing marketing. Manages internal external team communications and serves as a resource for internal team communications.
1. Attend weekly Leadership meetings and be part of the team that records meeting minutes with specific deadlines provides advance warning and coverage in the event of missing a meeting.
2. Regularly check and respond to emails sent to the Enactus Fleming College emaibox.
3. Act as Brand Champion, ensuring that all communications and marketing materials meet Brand Standards. Edit and add to the Brand Standards as needed.
4. Work with the Executive team to manage external communications and ensure a high level of engagement among stakeholders.
5. Coordinate with the Executive team and Recruiter Lead for Executive positions recruitment and handover process.
6. Provide guidance and training where needed to help Enterprises design effective marketing that meets brand standards.
7. Provide guidance and support for social media activities.
8. Work with Operations Lead to ensure that all photos and videos are stored in the accepted common repository.
9. Maintaining a close relationships with the Fleming College community
10. Update the Leadership team regularly regarding events and opportunities happening at Fleming College and Peterborough.
11. Ensure brand consistency across all communications, assist in social media coordination and management. Act as representative of the Enactus Fleming team.

human resources Lead
The Human Resources Lead is responsible for creating, maintaining the human resource functions and documentation of the team. This includes the recruitment strategy for leadership roles and general members. Recruitment strategies will include an effort to attract high-performing members from across a wide range of schools and programs within the College. He/she serves as a point of contact for potential members, performing initial interviews and orientation as well as providing information and training, and ensuring new members are confident in their role.

2. Regularly check and respond to emails sent to the Enactus Fleming College e-maibox regarding new members.
3. Create and maintain a functional recruitment strategy that targets new intakes in September, January and May through in-class presentations and faculty and friend referrals.
4. Maintain and up to date membership list.
5. Ensure that new members are given access to R&R and regularly remind members to enter their volunteer hours.
6. Organize team presence at major College events such as Open Houses and Orientation Sessions.
7. Communicate with Enterprise Managers to include their specific recruitment needs.
8. Act as the initial point of contact for potential members; plan and perform interviews, conduct orientations, assisting new members to find a role that meets their interests and capabilities. Check in frequently with new members to ensure that they are confident with their role in the team, provide information and training where necessary.

operations Lead
As a part of a high-functioning team, The Operations Lead provides leadership and coordination in the planning and operation of all enterprises, assists enterprise teams to fill leadership positions, keeps the Executive Team informed of enterprise work.
1. Attend weekly Leadership meetings and be part of the team that records meeting minutes with specific deadlines, provides advance warning and coverage in the event of missing a meeting.
2. Provide Enterprise and other updates as needed.
3. Manage physical facilities including tech, and any other facilities used by the team.
4. Manage team attire requirements (t-shirts, travel shirts etc.).
5. Work with HR Lead to maintain team records including membership list and registration on Enactus Canada R&R platform.
6. Assist Enterprise Managers to record and file information appropriately.
7. Ensure that team data is filed appropriately.
8. Ensure log in credentials for all electronic platforms in including social media and website are recorded and up to date.
9. Plan and coordinate with Executive and Enterprise Managers to finalize and assign responsibilities for team members to prepare and attend Regionals, Nationals, and World Cup competitions.

finance Lead
As part of a high-functioning team, The Finance Lead manages financial planning, budgeting and the processing of revenues and expenditures and serves as the point of contact with the College for the administration and reporting of team finances.
1. Attend weekly Leadership meetings and be part of the team that records meeting minutes with specific deadlines, provides advance warning and coverage in the event of missing a meeting.
2. Provide weekly financial updates that include bank balance, transactions for the past week and future anticipated transactions.
3. Manage the financial processes for expenditures and deposits.
4. Prepare cheques and have them ready for signing and approval.
5. Manage the e-commerce activities including Shopify and Square.
6. Track and record all financial transactions.
7. Prepare financial reports as needed.
8. Work with the Fundraising Manager to plan Fundraising activities and events throughout the semester.
9. Stay current with an update important news from the Finance Department of Fleming College and Enactus Canada, if any.
10. Assist Enterprise Managers in budgeting procedures.
11. Assist in the planning and budgeting for competitions and travel.

Fundraising Lead
The Fundraising Lead works with other team members to identify, plan and execute appropriate fundraising activities.

2. With other team members, identify opportunities for fundraising for general and enterprise needs, including but not restricted to Accelerator and Grant funding and Sponsorships.
3. Create detail plans and timelines for fundraising events that include approvals, required manpower, facilities and supplies.
4. Work with the Finance Lead to ensure that revenue and expenditures associated with fundraising events are properly accounted for.

Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager creates, maintains, and curates the Enactus Fleming College son-line presence to ensure that Enactus Fleming is presented in a positive and impactful manner. He/she will use this platform to communicate to stakeholders and potential members updates on enterprise activities and impact, highlight opportunities to get involved, work hand in hand with the Membership and Recruitment Manager to attract new members.
1. Create, Update, and maintain social media presence that fits with organizational values and presents Enactus Fleming in a positive, impactful manner.
2. Curate comments and posts on Enactus Fleming’s social media to ensure appropriate language and tone are being used at all times.
3. Utilize all social media platforms to educate the stakeholders, potential and current members, and the general public about Enactus Fleming’s program updates, overall impacts, and opportunities to get involved.
4. Respond to questions posted through social media in a positive, professional manner and refer interested parties to the appropriate member of the group. Work in conjunction with the Recruitment 5. Manager to bring in new members through social media.
5. Working with Marketing and Communications Lead: Develop and maintain Enactus Fleming College website and support marketing strategies.

Enterprise Manager
Enterprise Managers form the backbone of the team. They provide leadership for individual enterprise, build and maintain a strong working team. They work actively with enterprise team members and provide strategic and operational direction, manage budgeting and financial matters. Enterprise Managers conduct weekly Enterprise Meetings and provide regular reports to the Operations Lead. They support the work of the Competition Manager to Identify and prepare enterprises for pitching.
1. Champion and lead the Enterprise.
2. Monitor and respond to emails sent to the Enterprise email account.
3. Spearhead enterprise growth and development, work with members to ensure enterprise success, and advocate for the enterprise as needed.
4. Plan and facilitate enterprise meetings on a weekly basis, including recording and sending summary minutes to the enterprise members and CC the Executive team.
5. Plan, organize, and facilitate enterprise-related business and events, delegate tasks among enterprise members, and nurture healthy relationships between, and growth of, enterprise members.
6. Manage Enterprise finances according to the general team procedures, including budgeting, expenses and income.
7. Ensure that volunteer hours are recorded and submitted for all team members on the R&R platform for approval by the President.
8. Maintain comprehensive records.
9. Meet regularly with assigned Faculty Advisor.
